I am a daredevil/hippie trapped in a traditional american's body. I love to push the envelope and escape to places where I can be someone other than the workaholic CPA that I am.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am excited to say that I have been fortunate enough to meet wonderful people through this project and look forward to meeting many more as I travel and host. Many times people are limited in travel because of the cost of housing while traversing the world. If I can help eliminate that expense, I am helping others see the wonders of the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It never ceases to amaze me how wonderful complete strangers can be. I have watched the sun rise in Tangier and made pasta dinner, family style, in Vancouver. Always hear great stories and get to see the hidden gems of the city.

Music: Regina Spektor, my friend Erin Manning, Secondhand Serenade, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Sara Bareillas, Imogen Heap, Staind, Safetysuit, and Classical music

Movies: I love anything scary and, yes, cheesy/cliche movies like The Notebook and The Holiday.

Books: I love learning about people's lives so I really dig autobiographies and biographies. My favorite fiction stories are Truth or Dairy, Housekeeping and 5 people you meet in heaven.

One of the most amazing things that I have done is to go caving in Puerto Rico with the love of my life. The beauty and adventure of the dark caves can't be shared with a better person than your significant other or family.
