About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See as much of the world as possible

ABOUT ME

I just got back from 4 wonderful months in The Netherlands punctuated by fantastic trips to a bunch of different countries. Had I not had stupid visa issues I would still be there. Now its time to figure out the next chapter in my life in the States.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess I am currently reworking my personal philosophy. Carpe Diem? mmmmm... how about "Live free or die." Too harsh I think. A life of acceptance, looking on the world with wonder and being in awe of the minor, daily miracles helps point me in the right direction. Yeah...thats nice.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in Denver now and look to get involved again in the CS community here in Colorao. I have been out of touch for a while due to a crazy life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted by two wonderful hosts so far. I have been spoiled by their generousity. I have hosted 3 people in Eindhoven which worked out well. In the countries I traveled to I first contacted CSers in the area to see if they had time to meet and each time I was overwhelmed by the responses. Everyone was kind and giving. Nothing but great things to say about the amazing people I have spent time with through CS.

Interests

Art, philosophy, hockey, music, hiking/camping, international politics, tavel, cooking, reading, entertaining, asking stupid questions, Mr T as a Tomtom voice and old cartoons

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh, there have been many amazing things done and seen. Too many to recount here. An amazing thing I've done is a year long public, interactive sculpture project in the US. Seen? I sat on the hood of a car and watched an entire horizon filled with lightening and then had a meteorite fly past right in front of us!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to cook, quantumn physics, and how to get chased by a bear. I can learn just about anything that doesn't involve mathmatics. And I can share anything (because my mom taught me to share and I had a sister I had to practice sharing with)

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
