Music - it really depends...it can be hot Latina or instrumental jazz, or Elvis Presley with his lovely hits, I really admire sounds of nature and something dealing with meditations.
I enjoy such books as:"The Magic of Thinking Big" by David Shwartz, "Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho and everything dealing with psychology and esotericism.
