About Me
Some people will say that I'm very Dutch, in the sense that I'm open, honest and sometimes a little bit blunt. But maybe that's just me :)
I love to discover countries by travelling to them and talking to the people and my travels in 2015 in Turkey and Iran have taught me that travelling gives you a very different (better?) perspective than the media do.
I love being outside and doing anything active!
In spring 2017, I traveled to Rome by foot! This was my first time using couchsurfing and I fell in love with it. It's a great way to meet people you would otherwise never meet and to truly experience a country.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to try and get to know countries through the people instead of through the touristic hightlights.
