I'm starting my own business with my passion: Yoga. I want to connect yoga students to teachers and studios and make all the world practice yoga :)

ABOUT ME

I'm a Dutch girl living in Paris at the moment.

I studied International Business and Languages and studies in Santiago de Chile for 7 months for an exchange program. After that I came back to Amsterdam and finished my degree.

I started working for PayPal which lead me to Paris. I have been living here for 5 years now and still really enjoy it.

Workwise I decided I wanted to try something for myself and to do something with my passion: Yoga

I created www.whereismymat.com which is an online platform for Yoga.

I love to meet new people and have fun.. I think I am an outgoing person (but I can be a little bit shy sometimes) and I like a good time with good and honest people! Furthermore I love riding my bycicle!!

PHILOSOPHY

Live your Life! Live has no meaning if your sitting on the couch all day! (unless your couchsurfing offcourse!)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined CS because I want to meet new people and maybe in the future offer a couch to persons when I have my own place. I joined CS also to meet new and inspirational people to have a drink with or a good conversation about life!

When I was in Santiago I used couchsurfing to meet people there and to improve my Spanish! I think couchsurfing is a good way to improve intercultural exchange worldwide and to make our planet a little bit smaller.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a lot of good couchsurfing experiences!! In Santiago I made a lot of new friends with whom I practised my Spanish!

When I first came to Paris I also met up with a lot of people from the community to discover the city and learn French.

I like to travel (who doesn´t?)

My interest are drawing (altough I´m not very good at it), writing and dancing (I love to dance Salsa)!

My passion is Yoga.

Everything! I love salsa music, Flamenco, Techno, House, R&B, some Hiphop, , and reggeaton! and Micheal Jackson...

In books I like to read true stories, in particular history related, like Bacardi rum from Hernando Calvo Ospina or drama (but also true stories) like books from Donya Al-Nah.

I like movies from Tim Burton!
