ABOUT ME

I'm a very curious purson. Not to be read as nosy but i'm very curious about the world around me. varien from birds to design-coffeecups, to mustaches to what people read when traveling on the train, if the shoe's they're wearing are comfortable etc.

I always look around and wonder!
That's why i made a profile on couchsurfing. to wonder even more about the human beeings on this earth, and look over the dutch borders.

I traveled quit a bit, mostely in europe and everytime i loved the feeling of beeing confronted to other cultures, people food, and it makes me look differently to the way i live here.

I'm an enormous s fan and advocate of circus. I want to spread the love for circus around the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Althoug Amsterdam is a really nice city it's always nice to meet people from abroad.

I take the train from and to brussels a lot and many times on the way back to amsterdam i helped visitors in the train on there way in AMsterdam by drawing maps for them with handy adresses, where to goes etc.

I'd like to extend this experience/help by hosting people with couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

On my travels i allready In my life i surfed many couche. At friends of friends places, aunts of friends, vage aquaintances, and abroad living friends.

Lately i've travelled a lot with my renault express redecorated as a mini-camper with bed and curtains so the last two summers i had a sort of couch on my back.

Intereses

Cultural omnivor. Really i love all the arts. . except for house music (although i think it;s even questionable if that's an art)
go to the cinema and theatre a lot

Music addict. Mainly soul (stevie wonder!!!!) and as the counterpole depressing singer songwriters (damien rice, ray lamontagne, jim croce, nick drake)if your a guitarist: i have a acoustic guitar and a clarinet to your disposition next to my couch.

read EVERYTHING.

i write modern fairytales (please bring me some of your culture/fairytale tradition) i'm now reading italian fairytales. really nice.

love to dance

Love to cook for people and hang out at my place.

i really like evening walks, cause the world is so quiet then in amsterdam and it seems like the city is yours.

driving in my car and singing outloud with the music

Dream of living in france once, preferrably working for a circus festival

no-interest in dishwashing, thats why i'm in love with my dishwasher. it's the best!
