ABOUT ME

I like yoga, meditation, nature and generally peace and quiet. With the occasional psychedelic trance or techno rave party to give my life a bit of noise :)

I'm vegetarian. If you host me it's most likely easiest you just don't prepare food for me :). I like to sleep on the floor, so no need to prepare a bed either.

PHILOSOPHY

Um, philosophies feel a bit useless. I feel it's best for me to just live a good life, good for oneself and good for others.

I've found Vipassana meditation ( www.dhamma.org ) to be a good, practical, no-nonsense way of learning how to live this good life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Whenever I happen to have a place of my own, any and all of you are welcome :). I hitchhike in strange countries and often run into people who are thrilled to have foreign guests - I tell them about CS.
