I'm a mama of toddler Zoe, enjoying everyday life around cafés and playgrounds in Bogotá. After working the last 5 years on development/social projects, I am now trying to find a way how to support communities and individuals through yoga and mindfulness practice.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like both, hosting, surfing.. or sharing some time on the road with some fellow travellers/ nomads/ pilgrims.. and they do not necessarly need to be on Couchsurfing:)

During the last 10 (wow!) years, I've met some cool people here, including my husband :)

At this moment, I'd like to share this amazingly open world with my daughter who really loves to have some guests around.

兴趣

Simple things in life. Walking down the streets, enjoying cup of tea in the teashops and watching other people. Having conversation with complete strangers. Searching for the best mangoes, avacados, feijoas and pitayas at the street markets:)

I love nature, walking in meadows and woods, looking at the stars at night... and I really enjoy hiking - to pack my bag and get lost in the mountains for some days or weeks, not meeting anyone but sheep:)

ART - I really love pottery/ ceramics - the connection with clay ( from digging to shaping and firing ),but I enjoy colours as well, land-art..
