ABOUT ME

After I finished school I took a gap year and was travelling through the States (I was wwoofing there, which means "world wide opportunities on organic farms"). Afterwards I spent 6 months in St. Petersburg working as a volunteer in a social circus project, called "Upsala zirk". This gap year was the best time of my life yet!
Afterwards I went to the university in Freiburg (Germany) to study environmental sciences. But since I love to travel, I decided to go a year abroad, so I lived and studied one year in Voronezh, Russia...
I love the nature and the environment and so I decided to become a vegetarian 8 years ago (but I don´t care about other people eating meat...).
Also I try to avoid to take the plane, so many of my travels are by bike, train or bus- takes more time but I prefer it that way!
I love to read, to hike, to bike, exploring the nature and to juggle (a little bit=)).
Last october I moved to Göttingen to do my Master degree in sustainable international agriculture and like it so far...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did a lot of couchsurfing in Russia and I liked it a lot - meeting new people, exchanging ideas, going together for a walk, exploring the surroundings... There is no better way to do so than by couchsurfing!

Interests

Reading, juggling, exploring the nature (hiking), playing music (Viola da Gamba), meeting new people, learn about other cultures, habits and customs...
