About Me
Hi There!
Before I started studying Mechanical Engineering here in Delft, I took a gap-year to work and travel the world. I've been to several south-east-Asian countries, where I've met tons of wonderful and hospitable people. I've seen truly beautiful places and really enjoyed the freedom of traveling.
As long as I'm not extremely busy studying, I'd be glad to show you around town and/or surroundings. I love to cook, chill out, meet new people and help with whatever you need.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Now that I've settled for studying, I will try to repay some of the hospitality that I've encountered by being a good host for you, as a fellow traveler!

Most of all: traveling off course!
I can really enjoy a good book, conversation, dinner or movie. Mostly I'm open for every wild and creative idea you can throw at me!

Music, Movies, and Books
Too many to write down :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When my time in SE-Asia was almost over, I didn't want to fly back to Holland immediately. By coincidence I found a ticket to Istanbul, so I flew there and went hitchhiking back to Holland. Through France, because my Parents were on vacation there then. I stopped at every major city and it took me about two weeks to get from Istanbul to my hometown. It was a perfect way to slowly get used to Europe again after half a year of totally different cultures in Asia.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I live with five other students in a flat apartment on the highest floor of the building (18th!). From here, we have a beautiful view on Delft and The Hague and on the other side we can even see Rotterdam.
I've got quite a big room with a nice and comfortable sleeping couch :)
