我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like to meet people, to learn to know the people and the place and environment where they are living.

My first experiences with Couchsurfing were in the spring of 2023. During a long distance hike, I visited three Couchsurfing hosts. These visits gave the hike a special extra dimension. I really liked it.

During other kind of travel, for culture, citytrips, etc. it is great as well to learn to know local people, to exchange and to share interests.

Being a host gives also chances to exchange.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I’m an enthusiastic long-distance hiker. Hiking during a week or longer in different parts of Europe. Till now I made hikes in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Scotland, Germany, Switzerland, France and Italy. During a period of several years I hiked from Rotterdam to Nice, also from the North Sea to the Mediterranion, and from Rotterdam across Germany to the tripoint with Czechia and Poland.
