It's Mate (pronounced Mahtey) from Hungary.
Present: I'm a location-independent Power Platform Consultant with a home base in Budapest.

Past: I did quite a few things, studied pharmacy, then working on cruise ships for 2 years as a professional wedding and portrait photographer, so I've been a lot of places around the Caribbean, and got lots of experience, (and took hundred thousands of pictures), worked in photography, finance, automation, low-code development.

I love traveling, hiking, photography, cooking, practicing public speech.

Fun fact: I love, and follow ice hockey! My favourite team is the Boston Bruins, and my home team, the Miskolc Polar Bears... :) I always like to have conversations, share stories about hockey.

I'm on CS because I like to learn about different cultures, languages, mindsets. I think it's always better to see a city/country through an eye of a local as I don't like to be a tourist when I'm somewhere new.

I've been chief-editor of our university newspaper. Had an e-mail interview with Dub FX (AUS), and met him on a festival, had a picture with him, holding my paper, where he is on the cover. That was priceless.
