ABOUT ME

Hey everyone, a friend told me about surfing a few months back and now I'm trying to get in to it. Me and a different friend are going to New York, New York and then Washington DC for a week, and we want to stay 'on the cheap!'. Plus I want to do a fair amount of traveling when I have more time (probably after I graduate, 2013 baby!!)

I'm a pretty laid back person, although I do a fair amount of exercise... that may negate the first statement... I bike, run, swim, snowboard, ski, golf, frolf, and recently... long-board. I also love music, I should have put that first. I've been playing guitar every day since I was in middle school, it's my religion and keeps me sane; though I wish I was better at it... haha.

I listen to all varieties of music, from 'of Montreal' to Weezer, Coldplay to Kid Cudi, System of a Down to Os Mutantes... and I write my own as well... here's my band http://www.reverbnation.com/redsign, I'm the guitarist and my buddy that's going to NY with is the singer..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first real hike I did was the summer after my Freshman year in college.. 3 years ago now? 4 of us went out to the Teton's in Wyoming, and good Lord are they beautiful. We hiked backcountry on snow for 5 days and 4 nights. We managed to scrape by on the minimal food we had, and made due when the Marmots chewed holes in our tents... I've never seen anything so beautiful as that view from 'Hurricane Pass' and never felt so scared as a wild Moose charged me... it was awesome.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you anything I know on Guitar, any thing that we'd have time for at least! I've been playing for over 6 years now, and I'm pretty good at finger picking (wish I was better!)

I'm decent at math, decenter at math-cad (I could help with homework ,,, haha)

I take up very little space, and I'm pretty clean
