About Me
I am a recent graduate of the UVA school of Architecture, fascinated by the infinite potential of human craft and endeavors of spirit and by the integrated systems that support urban ecologies.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing seems an ideal platform for traveling, when the host is willing, and the guest cordial and polite. In my travels, I have never felt at ease as a tourist. Much better, I think, to be a guest in a new place and to co-operate with its people. I am comfortable in a wide variety of conditions, travel light, and work to leave spaces better than I have found them. I am happy to cook and clean and lend a hand any way I can for this favor.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In the summer of 2014 I traveled abroad for an immersion hand-drawing course in Italy's Veneto. For five weeks I practiced seeing and understanding the spaces around me, and their record by sketchbook. Our group worked mostly in Vicenza, studying the lasting efforts of Andrea Palladio.
