I really like sports (soccer especially), cooking and sharing in groups. I work in graphic design, web and (something) multimedia. I also have t-shirts and decorative vinyls entrepreneurship!

I'm Melo. Web Maker and online content generator, girlfriend and footballer. I love traveling, I know many countries but I do not think I really know them, just a few days is not enough for me. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are in couchsurfing because we would like to share with other people their experiences and ways of life, explore other cultures and live from within it. We would also love to learn new languages linking with people from other countries.

Music, Movies, and Books

Maca: I really like the national rock (Argentine and Uruguayan) but also bands like Imagine Dragons, twenty one pilots, among others.
The movies are my undoing, I love them, all and of all genres (that's why action and horror are the ones that least attract my attention). I have many favorite movies, childish is undoubtedly the lion king. Inglorious bastards, kill bill, and most of Tarantino. Not to mention Tim Burton, from The Young Hands of Scissors to Alice in Wonderland, there's nothing I dislike about him.
My favorite book and head is "The man in search of meaning" by Viktor Frankl. I recommend it 100%.

Melo for her part also loves Argentine and Uruguayan national rock, and knows some of his songs to play on the guitar (as a beginner).
She is not a good person to watch movies or fix attention so long, she prefers the series without a doubt.
As for the books, sincerely, it is difficult to find moments to read them (probably because of the routine itself), but as soon as she finds one that she likes, it lasts only a few hours.

Maca: Me gusta mucho el rock nacional (argentino y uruguayo) pero también bandas como Imagine Dragons, twenty one pilots, entre otros.
Las películas son mi perdición, me encantan, todas y de todos los géneros (por ahí las de acción y terror son las que menos me llaman la atención). Tengo muchas películas preferidas, de infantiles es sin duda el rey león. Bastardos sin gloria, kill bill, y la mayoría de Tarantino. Ni hablar de Tim Burton, desde El Joven Manos de Tijera hasta Alicia en el país de las maravillas, no hay nada que me disguste de él.
Mi libro preferido y de cabecera es "El hombre en busca de sentido" de Viktor Frankl. Lo recomiendo un 100%.

Melo por su parte tambíen ama el rock nacional argentino y uruguayo, y conoce alguna de sus canciones para tocar en la guitarra (como principiante).
No es una buena persona para ver películas ni fijar la atención tanto tiempo, prefiere las series sin duda.
En cuanto a los libros, sinceramente, le cuesta encontrar momentos para leerlos (probablemente por la rutina misma), pero en cuanto encuentra uno que le guste, le dura solo algunas horas.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Really something incredible for me was to start my own entrepreneurship, with all the effort that entails. It costs us a lot of work and dedication, but I am proud of its fruits and it is very comforting to know that one can achieve what is proposed by their own means. (Maca)

My two passions are traveling and football, and I had the opportunity to work as a footballer living in Israel. (Melo)

Realmente algo increible para mí fue empezar un emprendimiento propio, con todo el esfuerzo que eso conlleva. Nos cuesta mucho trabajo y dedicación, pero estoy orgullosa de sus frutos y es muy reconfortante saber que uno puede lograr lo que se propone por sus propios medios. (Maca)

Teach, Learn, Share

We would love to be able to convey what football means to us. In our day to day, football has already become a way of life. We train twice or three times a week in club and on weekends we play the local championship. We have that routine since childhood. We met each other playing football and surely whoever sees us will see us with a ball of any size in hand (or foot).

We are beginners in some languages that we would like to perfect and we are willing to help others to perfect their Spanish!

We can also help in housework, computer administration tasks or whatever is needed.

Nos encantaría poder transmitir lo que el fútbol significa para nosotras. En nuestro día a día el fútbol ya pasó a ser una forma de vida. Entrenamos dos veces por semana en club y los domingos jugamos el campeonato local. Tenemos esa rutina desde pequeñas. Seguramente quien nos vea, nos verá con una pelota de cualquier tamaño en mano (o pie).

Somos principiantes en algunos idiomas que nos gustaría perfeccionar y estamos dispuestas a ayudar a otros a perfeccionar su español!

Tambíen podemos ayudar en tareas domésticas, tareas de administración computación o en lo que se necesite.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Chat for sure, (we are not people who speak little). We love sharing experiences, of all kinds. We speak English very well so we can start conversations in language. And above all football and design, that's for sure. We are dedicated to designing everything you need, from a flyer to a candy bar for a birthday, we love it. And soccer, of course, always football (in fact, any sport we like and we enjoy).

Charlas seguro, (no somos personas que hablen poco). Nos encanta compartir experiencias, de todo tipo. Hablamos muy bien inglés así que podremos entablar conversaciones en idioma. Y sobre todo fútbol y diseño, eso seguro. Nos dedicamos a diseñar todo lo que se necesite, desde un flyer hasta un candy bar para un cumpleaños, nos encanta. Y fútbol, claro, siempre el fútbol (en realidad, cualquier deporte nos gusta y nos divierte).
