About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Roadtrip/camping to Brasil with 2 of my dearest friends!

ABOUT ME

I was born in Spring, grew up near to the sea and maybe that's why I'm a number one fan of the beach. I lived in my hometown, Maldonado, until I turned 18. Then I moved to Montevideo and studied Social Communication for four years. I went on a Working Holiday Visa to New Zealand in 2014 and spent a year between there and South East Asia. I'm currently living in Uruguay and studying for my Master's Degree in Communication/Education at UNLP so I'm travelling back and fort to La Plata, Argentina.

PHILOSOPHY
Live, laugh, love // Life is what happens while you are busy making other planns

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love travelling. Participating in Couchsurfing has been a way of travelling without moving from my own house. It's a great way to share experiences, thoughts, costumes and meeting people from all over the world. While travelling or hosting travellers I enjoy and appreciate sharing everyday life moments.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before I heard about Couchsurfing I travelled in a similar way, sleeping in family's houses in Cuba as an alternative to hostels. A friend of mine introduced me into Couchsurfing and then I was a bit of a tourist guide for some travellers that came to my home town. Also while being in New Zealand I hosted travellers and in Southeast Asia I met amazing people through CS.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Muy simple. La increíble sensación de tomarse un mate caliente después de salir del agua en un día en la playa. // Bungy jumping

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my own experiences, can cook, teach some Spanish, yoga for begginers
Learn from anything someone wants to share with me. I believe everyday you learn something new, and that's awesome.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could teach you some Spanish and share a mate :) a typical Uruguayan herbal tea served in a container that's called "mate" and you can drink it with a metal straw. And also I could teach you how to make origami flowers :)
