My life motto is "transcend the bullshit." This manifests itself in a myriad of ways. In my own life, it means simplifying as much as possible, working hard to build my intellect, wisdom, and cultivate meaningful relationships with other people and places.
We will get along swimmingly if you share my love of laughter, earnestness, honesty, adventures, food (especially healthy and delicious food), and meaningful travel. My favorite moment of any friendship is when you wonder whether or not something is appropriate to say, say it anyway, and then the other person is like "DUDE me too!" Boom. Friendship made.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First and foremost to contribute to worldwide good vibes: I always appreciate it when other people help me when I am traveling. Therefore, if you are an openminded, kind, but most importantly SELF-SUFFICIENT person who needs a free and safe place to sleep I would love to help you out! Teach, Learn, Share

I know a lot about English and Spanish, having been speaking and learning them for a long time. I can teach you everything you would want to know about tennis and American football (this always seems to be a crowd-pleaser among Europeans haha.) I know enough about cooking but am always interested in learning more. I love literature and music and of course would love to share my passions with you. Teach me some of your favorite things!

I am especially interested in learning other languages (like Italian and Norwegian!), photography, poetry, more about hiking and camping, and where your favorite spot in the world is.
