About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Life is too short to make it complicated.

ABOUT ME

My current job is quite time-consuming - leaving less time for friends and hobbies than I like. Having much stress at work makes me long for relexation and fun in my free time.

PHILOSOPHY

Life's too short to make it complicated.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Some info on getting around in Germany:

Ryanair airport is ~120km from Frankfurt - you will have to take a bus (www.bohr-omnibusse.de) to get to central station and then public transportation to reach your destination. The "main" Frankfurt airport has public transportation (~30 mins; 6 EUR; make sure to bring change, max 10 EUR note).

Traveling by plane in Europe: www.easyjet.com, www.tuifly.com, www.ryanair.com and several others; Germany: www.air-berlin.de, www.germanwings.com, www.lufthansa.com and several others; try www.swoodoo.com

Traveling by train (between cities): www.bahn.de

Traveling by car: maps.google.de, www.map24.de, www.mitfahrzentrale.de (car sharing; German only)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Some occasions through Salsa. There's a lot of festivals and congresses where I've met people and invited them or visited them. But I have mostly hosted so far.

Interests

I train Jiu Jitsu, dance Salsa and SCUBA dive (on vacation only; German lakes are just too cold!). I love to take photos.

Music, Movies, and Books

I generally like many music styles. My favorites are Jazz (Cool, Bebop), Electro (House/Trip) and Salsa/Cha Cha Cha/Latin. Preferred authors are currently Javier Marías and Carlos Ruiz Zafón.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visted NYC for 3 weeks - what an amazing city! Barcelona is always a fantastic place to hang out. Thailand is a great place for backpacker tours, so easy to get from city to city and such an interesting culture. Enjoy Thai food as well...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you some basic Salsa steps ;o)
