Hello there on my profile page :) Nice to see you, let me tell you a little bit about myself!

I am medicine student living in Warsaw an the moment, half of my way to become doctor. When I am taking breakes from reading endless piles of books I like to do a lot of things that help me not lose my mind :)

First and most important - I spend most of the time together with my girl and best friend Monika on various activities - wandering through city enjoying views, watching movies, rollerskating in beautiful Warsaw parks, going to theater and just making stuff together having lots of laughs :)

Second - my greatest passion is music - from listening to playing!
My heart has always been in the heaviest part of music spectrum - I just love metal in every form you can imagine it - the more richer and complex it gets, the more fascinating to me it becomes. My passion don't end on just heavy tunes - I will enjoy light spirit of most pop tunes as well as clever rap lines and brutal bass drops!

I own 3 guitars and can play guitar well but actually I really love playing any kind of instrument that I can get a chance to play :) Instruments that I have played on at least once - flute, recorder, piano, keyboard, bass, saxophone, hang drums, a lot of percussion instruments, violin, viola, cello, double bass, trumpet and drums (I love drumming so much, but unfortunately I don't have many opportunities to play them, so I am not good at it..).

Recently I also started to learn how to sing, because I find singing to be really fun! Shame that my singing skills are so terrible that my family goes out of the house when I am practising and having fun :P Even my dog runs out of the house :P Well, I hope that I can improve :P

I enjoy some gaming in spare time - collectible card games, board games and old computer games like Quake, Final Fantasy VII, Age of Empires, Duke Nukem 3D etc. Newer games that I currently like playing - Hearthstone, Counter Strike: GO and rarely Heroes of the Storm. Not much, but I don't have much time to play :)

Some of my interest like chemistry, maths or physics come from my general interest in the world I am living in :) There is so much wonders and little miracles out there :)

I would love to talk with you on anything that I listed above and much more as I find passions of other people fascinating :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am very new to this site, because I just started to think about traveling and experiencing far away wonders that world can offer to me :) I have no experience in traveling, finding hosts or hosting.. But you must start somewhere, don't you? :)

I like meeting new people especially from different countries. I find foreign culture and point of view sooo interesting that I could just sit and listen, and listen for hours :)) That's why I hope that Couchsurfing will help me meet and make some friends from other places in the world :)

Maybe I could learn something from you :) Gaining knowledge will make me a better person for sure!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite performers of all time include hard smashers like Gojira, Meshuggah, Behemoth, classics like Metallica, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden. For more melodic and also complex music I like to listen Dream Theater, Nightwish, Devin Townsend. There are some newer additions to my favorites that I just can't get out of my head - so beautiful and soooo satisfying to listen - ZAZ, well-thought and kind of funny Haken and Periphery - they are taking complex and yet melodic songwriting to the next level.

There are not many movies that I adore as I am more focused on music, but there are some works that truly amazed/amused/touched me. Forrest Gump, Pulp Fiction, A Beautiful Mind (great music score in this one), Tim Burton's works and Deadpool, because why not ;)

Books - not so much, as I am reading a lot of medicine oriented material. But I really regret that I can't get enough time to enjoy literature..

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my love for music with you and teach some guitar playing :) I also have a lot of knowledge to share from fields of medicine, music, physics, chemistry and science in general. It may sound boring but there always can be something I know, that can ignite your interest ;) I can share with my experiences and memories too - they may be an interesting topic for a conversation ;)

I really would love to learn playing on any instrument!
