I live in Edinburgh. Just finished an undergrad in chemistry and starting a PhD soon. Keen on traveling and meeting new people. I love sightseeing, chilling on the beach and partying. Wherever I go, I try to get to know the local culture, including food - the craziest thing I've eaten was a scorpio (won't do it again). I also dance swing and have a thing for old stuff, I once bought a newspaper from 1930 and now it's proudly hanging on my wall.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I often travel alone, so always appreciate some company. Also, no travel guide will show me the place like a friendly local. I'm quite easy-going and hope to come back from each trip with a bunch of new friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took a train from Beijing to Lhasa - 48 hours non-stop. It was pretty cool.
