Overview
About Me
I study Electrical Engineering in Seattle, WA, USA. I love theatre! I'm on an improv troupe, and I normally perform every week. My summer goal was to be more emotionally vulnerable. I'm trying to figure out what my first tattoo should be. I'm thinking something deep or something dumb. What do you think?
I genuinely love appreciating all kinds of art, and I love learning about what other people enjoy. Show me your favorite painting? Play your favorite band?
I'm studying abroad at University of Geneva in Switzerland, planning on taking many many many weekend trips to other places while I'm in Europe.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm doing a lot of solo travel, and I'd love to find some fellow travelers to have fun with. I'd hate to end this trip without a couple new friends.
Interests
Math and Science, languages, improvisation, dancing, education (to name very few).
Marcus is really into music! He plays guitar, banjo, some piano, and some accordion. Talk to him about folk music.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: so much! Anything you can dance to, and I'll probably like most things you can't dance to too. I'm actually seeing alt-J on in UK soon.
Movies: silly dumb movies. Hot rod, Napoleon dynamite, etc. I recently saw this great improv movie called Don't Think Twice.
Books: Steinbeck!(this trip is partly inspired by "Travels with Charley") Gotta love some good Shakespeare. I'm also a total sucker for psychology-based self-help books (think Outliers by Malcom Gladwell).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Three years ago, Marcus and I got the opportunity to perform in a play at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Can't say I'm the best cook, but I'll buy your ingredients if you can teach me a good recipe.
