I am a 22-year-old student currently in my first year of a Masters in Public History. I would host but my current living arrangement doesn't allow it. I'm excited for when I finally have a proper living situation and can host some people!

I have lived in both Malta and Italy and If I can help make anyone's trip to Malta easier, let me know and I can recommend some cool places to see and good places to eat. Good luck everyone!

I am really interested in the experience. My cousins did it when they went cross-America down to Mexico and they have nothing but amazing things to say about it! Plus I love meeting people from everywhere and hearing about their culture and history.

History, reading, tv shows, movies. There is more, I promise, I just can't think of it right now. I love telling stories about the places I've been and the history that I'm passionate about.

Im not a huge party drinker, but its nice to have a cocktail with friends. I don't drink beer though!

Music: Ed Sheeran, Tory Kelly, Bastille, Great Big Sea. Im a fan of some older Canadian artists like Gordon Lightfoot and Stompen Tom Conners (long live the Hockey song). When I am homesick I have a huge list of old Canadian music I like to play, with a few newer artists added in.

Movies: Oh wow. So many. I'm a huge fan of sci-fi and fantasy movies. LOTR, Harry Potter, Marvel movies. Ill pretty much watch anything at least once (except horror)

Books: Like movies, I'm pretty much into everything. I prefer reading lighter books because with school I do too much serious reading.

I recently took up cliff jumping, which is amazing because I am terrified of heights. Its awesome to face that fear every time I step to the edge of the cliff.

Also, in Italy I had the opportunity to go to a WWI memorial on the mountains. It was quite a hike but the view and the somber/proud mood was so worth it.

I can teach about Canadian culture and history. I'm a history student so I'm pretty passionate about that. I can also bake really well, and I am always happy to make brownies, cookies, cupcakes, pancakes, etc.

Learn: Anything that can be taught to me! Always interested in history and culture.
