I live on a 44 foot Bénéteau sailboat in San Blas, Panamá. I spend my days spearfishing, hanging with locals, and working on the boat. I'm looking to host active couch surfers who can also help out on the boat. I recently got back on couchsurfing after a few years... curious to see how it changed!

I started travelling 10 years ago when I went to Ukraine to volunteer in an ecological project and teach English in a rural university. Then I spent 3 months travelling in Southeast Asia on a motorbike. After that, I hitchhiked across Europe from Amsterdam to Ukraine and back to Amsterdam. The next summer, I rode my bicycle from Amsterdam to the south of Turkey (Antalya) - a long trip! The next year I cycled from Cape Town to Kenya. Since then I hosted CSers on my sailboat in Halifax. My next trip was a motorbike trip through Peru. I spent three years in Nepal, driving a motorbike back and forth between Nepal and India. I motorbiked all over Nepal and to Leh and Goa in India. I’ve also motorbiked in the Philippines and Myanmar. I moved to Colombia two years ago and have been sailing between Colombia and Panamá since then.

For 3 months I rode my bicycle across Europe without spending any money on accommodation. I slept on the beach, in parks, on mountain passes, abandoned houses, it was a great experience!
