I am a nice, talkative person with loads of hobbies and not enough time to devote to them properly. Currently I spend most of my time programming for a video-game company, and the rest of the time I try to see as many places in the world as possible.

My biggest passion is - without a doubt - music. I can't stop listening to new music, discovering new genres and meeting people with similar taste like me. Throughout my life I've been into pretty much every major musical style there is but I'll never get tired of folk music such as Fleet Foxes, Grizzly Bear, Sufjan Stevens etc. I can't get enough of electronic music too, be it some "darker" producers such as Autechre, Aphex Twin or Board of Canada, or hip hop beatmakers such as Flying Lotus, Shlohmo or Lapalux. I can't stop listening to Floating Points at the moment of writing this About seciont. I love heavy, drone music too, Swans are awesome, Deafheaven, Nadja. Ah, there are just too many artists to name to properly explain how much I love it.. If you like music, I'm sure we'll find a common band/artist to listen to ;)

I also play the guitar, keyboards and want to get into electronic musi producing with Ableton etc., although that's one hobby that I've picked up and dropped more than any other in my life.

I learned Russian, Italian and currently learning Swedish. I su*k at all three of them. I'm trying to get better, but it takes more time than I have.

Last but not least, I LOVE SURFING! I mean on a board, in the water. I actually can't say that I know how to surf.. but I've tried, I'm getting better, and I won't stop until I can ride.. at least like an 8 year old australian kid.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Still on my quest to discover the beauties of Europe, I'm flying/hitch-hiking/walking/biking around the little continent and if there's a way to meet local people from those places who would help me enjoy the city to its fullest potential and save me some money as well, I'm 100% up for it! :) As I'm a digital nomad (at least I had found out I should call myself like that) I don't have a place to offer to other people at home, but I will eventually pay my dues back once I decide to settle.
