About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Being an outdoor enthusiast, I love to travel. A current resident of Denver, Colorado I spend as much time as I can exploring the Western Slope and trying to enjoy everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 29 year old Account Manager for a website known as OpenTable. OpenTable is dedicated to connecting diners with restaurants! We work with 42,000 World Wide.

Much like my job entails, I'm addicted to the outdoors. Though I consider snowboarding my number one passion, I'm constantly striving to be a better climber, biker and backpacker. One thing at a time I suppose.

Colorado is great because you can always find adventure right in your own back yard.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to think of myself as a pretty adventurous person and I'd probably try pretty much anything at least once.

Be Rad. Meet Rad People. Have More Fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I feel introducing yourself to different people in different cultures is a great way to grow as a person. Diversifying yourself and sharing ideas can never be a bad thing. Learning from others experiences and sharing stories is some of the greatest knowledge one can gain. Especially over beer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted travelers but have yet to surf myself!

Interests

I enjoy anything on a board; snowboarding, wakeboarding, and long boarding are all passions of mine. I like to stay active by working out, whether its in a gym or out playing in the mountains (preferred method).

I love backpacking and weekends in the wilderness. Climbing and Mountaineering are my new GoTo's but would still consider myself a beginner in the spectrum of things.

The Earth is a beautiful place and I'm trying to see everything it has to offer.

Music, Movies, and Books

Classic Rock - Pink Floyd and Led Zep
Electronic - Deep House All Day

Books: Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis is an awesome book

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ran with the bulls during the festival of San Fermin in Pamplona, Spain. Sadly the day I ran, a man was killed by a bull and I was actually in the newspaper during a picture that was taken at the time of his death. Definitely the most exhilarating experience of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Although I'm not fluent at Spanish, I've taken a fair amount and even utilized it while living abroad in Madrid. If someone is trying to work improving their Spanish, perhaps I could help!
