Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To get over myself and help others. Also, laugh often.
ABOUT ME
I'm short. Motivated. Quirky and an occasional spaz. Extremely organized and totally impractical. A recovered alcoholic & sober. Neat. Non-judgmental. Interested in experiencing anything I possibly can. I'm not bad at cooking. I like meeting new people. I like trying new things, especially new foods. I like going on adventures and taking long walks. My husband's name is Jeremy and we live together in Salem, Massachusetts, USA. He is certainly my better half and an amazing man.
PHILOSOPHY
Be the best person that I can be for today, one day at a time. Experience as much craziness as possible without losing track of myself. Or perhaps sometimes losing track of myself in the craziness only to find myself a better person once on the other side of crazy. Work hard. Play board games.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: I'm a librarian and therefore I read widely. Genres that I enjoy include mysteries, historical fiction, science fiction, and books that are written by Navy SEALs.
Movies: Action movies, quirky movies, and Star Wars. The Royal Tennenbaums is probably my favorite.
Music: Haven't been into music much the last five or so years but I will consume almost any audiobook.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moved to France on a whim to work for seven months.
I also watched a cow be slaughtered once.
Found and lost and found again and lost again (ad infinitum) a deep connection with all there is and all that is in it and all those who are within it.
Teach, Learn, Share
Aside from that I'm open to sharing all life experiences and teaching whatever I can possibly teach. The same goes for learning. I always need help learning how to listen. So any good listeners out there, please come visit me and share your wisdom! Oh yea, and one more word: cribbage. You can learn cribbage from me and most likely beat me at it. I also own some board games, play them frequently, and am always happy to teach a game.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to meet new people and learn about them and their interests. I'm a curious person, so I hope I can offer some entertaining conversation. I can offer hosts a quiet, respectful guest. As a surfer, I try not to get in the way and try to leave a place tidier than I found it. Occasionally I travel with beeswax candles and honey from my family's bees, so I can certainly offer that.
