I live with my husband Todd and stepdaughter. We are both teachers. I am 50 years young and still am a big fan of Pearl Jam. I like the original, the creative, the Paradoxical. I am a mindfulness and energy medicine practitioner. I am grateful. I've had a full life as rock and ice climber, bike racer, wilderness canoeist, log distance bike tourist, lover of nature, lover of honest conversation. I am a writer and editor, amateur website designer and I have two grown children. I am passionate about transforming the way we teach using Restorative Practices to build vital learning communities.

Interests

We live very simply and enjoy cycling, swimming, good conversation, reading, music, good healthy food. We do not enjoy 99% of what is on TV but loved MadMen and House of Cards, Portlandia and Wonder Years( ha ha). I am pursuing my MA in Mindfulness for Educators.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Became the first female ice climbing instructor and member of the Mt Washington Mountain Technical Rescue team.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking good healthy food. My husband is an engineer and can fix a lot of things. I also can offer an energy balancing treatment and am a professional editor and love to work on writing. I can also help out with websites.
