( Instagram: @macoyfrisky | twitter: @macoyfrisky | facebook: Mark Sanchez Aliño | Couchsurfing: Mark S Aliño ) I'm currently working in Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue Cancer Center. I have been working in the healthcare for 4 years now today, as an RT (Respiratory Therapist) my goal is to help people in need specialy to those patients who are in the critical situations. My passion in this job is to deliver and to impart my skills to the people whom I've work for and of course to give hope to the people who are in need of medical assistance.

I live in the city for now, hi! my name is Macoy 30 years old and I'm one of the luckiest person in the world. I graduated in Cebu Doctor's University as a Respiratory Therapist (BSRTP) last 2011 and after that I got the chance to work in Chong Hua hospital. I was an employee like 4 years from now and I was very lucky to have that job. Beacuse, of that I was able to share and impart my skills to other people and to serve with passion to the people who needs my care, our care. One thing I like about my job is that you have to the chance to communicate with other people and to understand our differences and until now, I am still working in CHH and continuing to serve with heart & passion and i'm very proud to say tha I have never been late or have absences for the last 4 years. I love the color yellow, for me yellow is the color of joy and it also represents of my personality fun and energetic person

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

When I was kid, my grandfather always ask me how far ill go? (asa ko kotob maka adto or makalaag) thats the only sentence I remembered everytime we hang out at the beach near in our house watching the beautiful sunset facing camotes island and cuatro islas. So I took that word personaly from that moment my parents always searching for me everytime when I'm not around in our house. I often go out with my friends to the mountains, rivers, beaches, caves (sadly no camera that time) hehe that time was so fun! really fun. Today, I travelled beacuse there are a lot of reasons, and one of that is to forget the past a past that coz so much pain in my heart. I was bullied a lot when I was in highschool in all forms mental, physical, emotional but despite of what happen I  remain strong and brave and thinking one day that I could just dissapear from that place and go out somewhere where nobody else know me. (Im sorry guys im so emotional typing this). Now for me, traveling is not something your good enough, it's something that you do like breathing. Beacause of traveling I found my inner center my passion. And one of my goal is to inspire people specialy filipino and around the world. I will not stop to travel even if I will get old someday, and thats my job

For me, the most important thing to consider when your travelling is the time, budget and the preparation. In my experience, I have been into the best situation and of course to worst situation as well. I have learned this things when I travelled to a different places. When you travel you have to consider all the posibilities that will happen when you get there. For instances, like your out of budget, plans cancelled due to the bad weather condition. However, this scenario will be avoided if your well prepared and of course time management. In my case, I really have to make sure that my plans and trips will not come into waste "time is the essence". So when I arrived in a certain place I automatically activate my "travel instinct" get my gopro, camera and take a lot of photos coz I dont wanna waste time. For me every places is so special so I really took the time to inhale and enjoy the beautiful place. In the end of the day you will smile unlike no other. :)

Algo increíble que he hecho

I think that one of the most unforgettable travel experience I ever had was in brgy. Bon bon. Bon2 is situated in northern mountain cebu. That was tuesday of 25th of april, it was not my plan to go in that place that day but since my group of friends really want to have a long trekking, something that very challenging and so we decided to pack up! gather our important things like food, water, gadgets and dry bag.  We arrived in the place like 8am in the morning in the bon2 bridge. Thats the starting point of long trekking, but the problem is we dont have any idea where we goin and luckily we bump some locals from that area and they said that there are series of waterfalls behind the two big big mountain and they point there hand that way! (and my friends like okie lets go!!!  we are 5 in the group and I'm the leader and they are so excited!!). So we started walking 8:40am so we witness the beautiful forest, torquoise river, and very rare type of birds along the way. Thats the first time that we walk like no other, it's past 10:30am already and I'm starting to be worry beacuse, we are so far from the place where there are no locals. The place was so silent, mysterious and one my friend ask me "layo pa na friend ang falls"? ( malayo pa ba yung falls na pupuntahan natin?) and then I replied, I dont know this is our first time so just keep walking. Around 11am we started to hear some sounds from the waterfalls we know that if you hear that sound its a sign that you are near from that falls. So we decided to take a break and eat some food from our back pack since we are so hungry from trekking by 11:30am we starting walking again hoping that we will reach that waterfalls by 12noon and thank god walla! finally the place was stunning full of tress, there are green and brownish tress, the waterfalls has 2 tier. So one my friend rhea she really take here time to take some snap and grab her gopro! and guess what she take off her clothes wearing a bikini a two piece! and I was so shock! Coz people say that if you are new in a certain place you have to be quite and possibly be behave. But she continue speaking like (oh em gee this is beautiful like shouting!). After that I warned her that to shut up  so after a while I take my time also to take some photos and get close to the watefalls I notice that something is different the weather becomes gloomy and the wind is so strange but we continue to take a selfie but when I look at the falls and the water from the center I see somthing like a hand of a human (like theyre saying come to the water.) Then I started to be freak out! But I did not tell my friends that I saw something. From that moment it started raining, the trees was dancing like theyre mad from us. 12:30noon I decided to cut it off our adventure and immediately go back to the proper town. So we disembark the place and rhea was afraid bec. she felt something that something stalking us, a long the way she was the only person who always accidentaly drop from the river and fell from the rocks and she got a lot of bruises. And when we arrived in the safer place we realized that we disturb something or what they call "dili engun nato" or fallen angels and thats bec. of our actions. I think the lesson from that experience, when you are new in that place you have to be quite as much as possible and respect the nature bec. you really dont know whats in there . Luckily we are intact and safe & sound and we thank god for guiding us goin back home. :)
