Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Undoubtedly the main reason I've even been able to be abroad this long is the generosity of people. I've only officially couch surfed with friends with profiles, but I have stayed with countless friends, friends of friends, random acquaintances, etc. It seemed about time to finally jump on couchsurfing and have my own actual account. It's been a long time coming and I hope this is a mechanism I can use to pay forward all the absurd amounts of kindness that has been shown to me these past years.

Backpacking, experiencing other cultures, being a bit of a politics/history nerd, exploring nature in any capacity, running, swimming, coffee and beer/wine drinkin', dancing (usually with minimal coordination), pretending to be an excellent photographer, and being quite the social butterfly
