Free time I love to spend in my hobby vineyard, playing the guitar, attending live concerts and supporting the bands and their work...

Also, cooking is my big passion. I don't like to follow recipes step by step, inventing something new in every dish is the way to go. Especially seasoning food with local (endemic) spices. Most important is to have fun in kitchen and have a blast with people you are sharing food, drinks and moments!
