About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy the adventure of life every day, every hour, every second!
It doesn't matter where I am, what I do, what is happening around me, as long as I am alive, I am wealthy.
ABOUT ME
Addicted to chocolate for many, many years. Loves to laugh and enjoys good company (people who can joke and dive into serious conversations :). Learning about people, learning about myself, every day is a challenge in a city like London, so it's good to get away every now and then and find ''end of the world'' places to recharge.
PHILOSOPHY
With love and patience we can overcome most things. Life is here and now, not in the past or in the future, and this is what I am learning and practising every day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel, but don't get to do that as often as I would like to. CS gives me an opportunity to meet people who enjoy learning about other cultures, are open and hospitable and often travel themselves. It's an amazing global network and, with good will and respect for boundaries, we can all reap benefits of it! Whether it's hosting, surfing myself or giving a tour/meeting for drinks, I end up having an amazing time and learning about new things, and that's value one cannot pay for at a hotel booking website :)
Interests
Dancing, hiking and learning/practising languages are the main things. Apart from that I enjoy zumba, or any dance related form of fitness, hiking, reading, obviously travelling, and getting to know new people. When it's been a long day at work and the whether is dodgy, I wrap myself in a blanket and watch a comedy or action/adventure movie. I like cooking and absolutely love eating, whether in or out :D

Music, Movies, and Books
Hard to name specific titles, bands or authors. My favourite music will vary depending hugely on my mood. As for movies, I am a big fan of Bourne and Bond series and similar, as well as comedies, adventure and drama. International movies are also amazing when I'm in a mood for something different.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I worked once for a non-profit organization where first project I participated in was a case study seminar for students where they could win a paid internship. Such an opportunity in the city where the contest took place was unusual, so I felt that I was doing something meaningful and important for other people. During the main event, last day of the seminar after the winners presentation, looking at those 60 students sitting there in front of me happy even if just some of them won, I forgot about all the exhaustion and just felt happy.
The truth is that there are many amazing moments or places I've lived, seen or been to that amazed me. From little and obvious things like a view from an airplane or New York City skyline at night to intimate moments shared with people I care about. All of them built my personality and I will gladly share more when we meet in person :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can definitely teach you some Spanish and Portuguese, or Polish if you want :) I'd love to learn Italian, maybe some French. Exchange of cooking recipes also available as a studying option and great fun. I'm an open person and I like to learn and try new things, so I'm sure there is always something I can share with everybody.
What I Can Share with Hosts
For my lovely hosts I would be happy to cook a nice meal to share a bit of my culture and teach or practise Spanish, Portuguese, English and Polish. I will do my best to make you laugh and contribute to your general well-being by sharing stories, experiences and having meaningful conversations :)
