Hello everyone! We are young couple from Russia. We have been travelling since 8.10.2017. We started our trip from Vietnam. We bought motorbike and travelled in Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. From that time we have many interesting stories and experience. In Thailand we met the most important thing in your lives. It was Vipassana meditation. We lived with monks in the temple and found out that we wanted to continue developing our inner world. Then we went to India and spent 4 months there. We started learning Hatha yoga, pranayama, aurveda, some cleaning practice. Also we are interested in Buddism and meditation prectices.
