ABOUT ME

I live the poetry of life by flowing from one moment to the next without getting hung up on how things should be. I try to stay away from judgement and absolutes. I enjoy giving, loving, laughing. I am nature bound by heart but the big city does not make me fret. I strive to be present even when a situation has gone awry for I believe awareness will help each of us to break the cycle of reacting emotionally and give us the power to act with equanimity.

I have surfed across three continents and I have never had a bad experience. Wonderful people. Wonderful places. Wonderful world.
