ABOUT ME

I'm known as either 'The Madcripple' or 'Legs'. I suffer with chronic pain and chronic health,but im still very active even Mad.I love fast cars and weirdly Hearses and Limo's. I own 2 classic hearses both needing restoration.Plus i repair restore antique and collectable toys,Dinky,Corgi,Matchbox,Tri-ang to name but a few.My place is a toy heaven.
I'm a tea total type of guy,im unfortunatly allergic to all alchole,but the hot water urn is allways full and ready to go.

PHILOSOPHY

I live in Chronic pain 24/7,and don't like to be beaten,by it or anything.Its a constant battle(which i don't allways win) but im still here.
Go for it,nothing ventured nothing gained.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm totally new to this but i have a friend who is an ambassider,and while staying at his place have met CS's when they have been staying with him.And have met some very interesting people.
Now that i recently moved to a bigger place i have the room to accomadate CS's,so i thought why not.

Any movie except Horror,Any music except Heavy metal or Thrash,I don't read much apart from classic car books/mags and collectable toys. Not into novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to achieve the 'Queen scout award' before i ended up in a wheelchair.
I'm now walking for about an hour in total aday after 19years of being wheelchair bound.
Finding rare and sought after collectable toys cheaply.

Teach, Learn, Share

Learn- need to improve PC skills,can take an engine out of a old ford but struggle with PC dialogue.
Share- im a quailfied gardener.
