Overview
About Me
I'm an Italian law student who comes from a small village near the city of Romeo and Juliet (Verona) and now lives in Trento (north of Italy).
I'm a big-mouth kind of person, I can speak English and I'm trying so hard to learn German.
I'm really into literature, I've been studying Ancient Greek and Latin and other humanistic subjects for five years in the high school and now since I miss them so much I try to keep on studying them by my own.
Also I adore spending time in the open air doing sport or simply walking around: going hiking with my dog and my father during the weekends is something special to me!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I decided to sign up to Couchsurfing because I think that it could be the best way not only to 'visit' a place, but rather the best way to 'know' a place since it allows you to know people.
Interests
I enjoy simple things and as soon as I have free time I love spending it with my friends doing different activities from doing sport to simply drinking something together. I'm a very very curious person so I think there are very few things that do not interest me.
Music, Movies, and Books
Reading is one of the hobbies closest to my heart. I can generally appreciate every kind of book, from the very classical ones to the most recent ones. At the moment my favorite book is 'il valzer degli addii' by Milan Kundera, I really suggest it because it gives lots of issue to think over.
My iPod is of course always with me, I have grown up with Italian old music so I'm not very keen on the foreign one, still if you're interested in knowing a bit of our musical tradition I'd be glad to put on some song for you!
Teach, Learn, Share
My current mission is to learn German and if you want I would be happy to teach you the basics of Italian!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I don't know what I really could offer to my hosts... I guess I can just try to offer my best.... unfortunately I'm not a great cooker: i'd like to say that as an Italian I can teach you how to cook very traditional dishes but actually my mother would not recommend it for your health... still I can cook some simple meals and I'm always very happy to help when it's possible!
