I'm from a small city in upstate New York, USA. I love music (I play the cello) and food (I can bake for you) and circus arts (I can teach you some acrobatics!). I studied anthropology in university and obviously love traveling and meeting new people any chance I get.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As someone interested in studying culture I think it's important to get to know local people when I travel as much as I can. My family always hosted exchange students and travelers from all over the world when I was growing up, so I've always had an appreciation for that kind of network and open attitude.
