I have lived in London for the past year and a half pursuing a masters degree in sustainability. I love to cook for my friends and watch stand up comedy.

I might be shy at first, but once I'm comfortable, I'm very outgoing and sociable. I like to find something in common with everyone and make sure everyone is having a good time. One of my favorite things to do is just hanging out with friends over good food and maybe some games. A new favorite is exploding kittens!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I want to visit as many countries as I can while I'm on this side of the world. Couchsurfing will allow me to stretch my wallet and visit more places. I also love the idea of meeting new people and seeing a city from a citizen's perspective.

I haven't done any CS events yet, but it's on my list of things to do!

Once I've gone back home and settled down, I'd love to return the favor and be a host!

I love all kinds of music, and if you ask me to name my favorite, I won't know what to say. I think it depends on the mood and who you're with.

I love well done movies that don't follow a formula. Then again, sometimes you need a dumb movie to watch so you can turn your brain off.

I haven't read a good book in a while, but I think Harry Potter is pretty universal. I'm up for recommendations.

I think being able to say that I've seen the northern lights is pretty cool. Iceland in general is gorgeous.

Overall, I'd say the fact that I left California to study in London is the most amazing experience I've ever had. There's something about travelling that you might now ever get if you never left home. I think this is something on which everyone on this site can agree.

I like to practice French as long as you're patient. I could maybe have a steady conversation with a young child at this point.
