I'm a 25 year old woman from the UK. I'm currently travelling through Central America, teaching yoga and volunteering. I love meeting people from new places, learning languages and immersing myself in culture, history and nature. I feel most at home when I'm surrounded by nature, exploring waterfalls, beaches and jungles. I also really love cities for the opportunity to meet interesting people, experience the culture of a place (I'm particularly passionate about music) and try new food. I think food has a huge potential to bring people together, and I love cooking for others (and being cooked for!)
I'm also very interested in different spiritual philosophies from across the world. I practice yoga and meditation regularly, and I am interested to learn more about different spiritual and esoteric practices which can help us feel more connected to each other and the earth. I love travelling as it opens my eyes to new ways of living, outside of society's norms, showing me ways we can lead more sustainable, healthy, and happy lives.

Positive social exchange is really important to me, so I love the idea of staying with a local when I go travelling, not only to get an insider's insight into their hometown, but also to get to know different people and experience how they live. Vice versa, I'd love to host people and introduce them to my city.
