Hi! I am a singer songwriter/musician. I am currently travelling with my music and deepening my relationship with sound and healing. The rest of the year when it's warm in the North East, I work as flower and veggie gardiner.

I live in the Hudson Valley in upstate NY surrounded by beautiful mountains, rivers and amazing people! There is lots of hiking and swimming, adventure, and I live in a young vibrant community comprised of all kinds of healers such as herbalists, massage therapists, acupuncturists and a full spectrum of alternative healers.

I love to get in tune with the body and nature. I like to practice yoga and dance to all kinds of music. I like to be playful and go trail running in the woods. I try to bike everywhere I can and there is quick access to a few different rail trail bike paths near my house. I sing in a LGBTQ an ally community A Cappelle group called Key of Q

I went to College for Biology, but spent most of my time in the music dept. I did my thesis on vocal pathologies in contemporary vs. operatic singers, asking the question "Are classical singing lessons antiquated for the contemporty singer." I got very interested in the correlation of how the physical body shapes our voices to make them unique to each one of us. I also teach voice lessons!

I am doing everything I can to be an activist in my own way, to make sure we have clean water, consciousness about climate change and equal rights for all!

I am here to hopefully find a few places to stay while on tour. I have friends and family scattered around the US, but there are some places I don't know anyone yet!

And if I can ever host one of you! I hope to be able to do that! I live in a very small studio apartment with no couch, but i have some extra floor space with a twin size futon mattress and some really thick sleeping pads.... theyre actually really comfortable and I slept on them for an entire summer while living in a tipi.

I think one amazing thing anyone can do is to always stand up for yourself. And stand up for other people especially the ones who are not as privileged as yourself. I like to try and do this everyday.
