Hello!

Its hard to convey much about me in a short description but I will give it my best shot!
I am only 18 years old but I like to think I have a wise mind; I spend a lot of time with people older than me and enjoy connecting with people of all different ages - there is something to learn from everyone.
I am intelligent, mature, very relaxed and comfortable around people, open minded, and I work very hard to do my best at everything I do. I enjoy deep discussions and learning. I am a vegetarian and plan on studying environmental science at university.

At the moment my life consists of learning Portuguese, planning my travels, working, playing music and going on adventures every weekend. A lot of crazy stuff goes on around me but I consider myself a very happy person; I don't like to waste time focusing on negativity,

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason I'm travelling is as much about connecting with people as it is about seeing places. I think couchsurfing is a very good way to do this because staying in hotels and even hostels can sometimes separate you from a city's people.

Interests

My passion is music and anything artsy really - I perform music all the time and my dream is to play at clubs and festivals around the world.

I do brazilian jiu jitsu, gymnastics, roller hockey, and have tried all sorts of other sports.

I love going out; I like to party a lot in Perth but what I love is meeting people and dancing, I don't care about drinking as much :P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have several things!

Amidst my travels in Brazil I went to Universo Paralello festival, a massive alternative lifestyle festival out in the middle of nowhere on a beach in Brazil. I went to this festival totally alone with a plan to make new friends and came out of it having met all these amazing people and having had the best, most enlightening experience of my entire life.
2 month exchange trip to France
1 month trip to Nepal where I worked at an orphanage and also did a trek through the Himalayas.

Teach, Learn, Share

I hope that by spending time with you I can share my ideas about life and happiness. I guess I can teach some English?? But I don't speak any other languages very well!

If you're in Perth I'd love to take you out on adventures. A lot of Perth people complain that there's not much to do here but I personally LOVE my city :)
