I'm a twenty year old Aussie student and I'm about to head to France/Spain primarily to walk the Camino de Santiago. I've studied classical piano, biology and psychology. A few years ago I did a cultural exchange in Italy.
I'm an outgoing and fun person, very open and eager to meet interesting and new people in Europe and the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hoping to find accommodation in St Jean Pied du Port or Biarritz before starting the walk (Wednesday 23 September), and possibly around Spain once I finish.

Interests

Hiking, obviously and reading. I love music and play classical piano and sing. I really enjoy quality time spent with others and knowledge of all sorts. For me, nothing beats a good conversation over a tasty meal with interesting people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Radiohead is my favourite band, I love listening to most sorts of music and I don't discriminate.
I enjoy horror films and dramas, mostly foreign films too.
I'll read anything from non-fiction to fantasy. My favourite books are the Lord of the Rings (JRR Tolkien), Slaughterhouse Five and Breakfast of Champions (Kurt Vonnegut), Infinite Jest (David Foster Wallace).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've spent a year in Italy when I was 16 and walked a 100km hike through the mountains in Tasmania, both on my own.
