About Me
I am a business student in Texas, currently on exchange in Oslo, Norway. I had never been out of the country before my exchange and have found a love for traveling because of the way you are able to connect with people. I'm outgoing but love the balance between a night out and binge-watching Netflix for 12 hours. I am always in to try new experiences and would love any suggestions my host would have!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am currently studying abroad and have the opportunity to backpack around Europe for one month before I go home. I probably will not have the opportunity to come back to Europe for some years, and at that will not be able to stay for an extended amount of time. I only have a few days in every place because of this, and would love to get a real feel of the city from someone who lives there. I have never couchsurfed before this trip, but think it could be a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience someone else's city.
Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite music spans a pretty large range (think Florence and the Machine, Kanye West and Creedence Clearwater Revival all in the top 10). I absolutely love live music, regardless of the genre! I generally don't listen to country music, but try to never count anything out completely. Currently listening to Glass Animal's most recent album on repeat.
My most recently acquired favorite movie is The Green Mile (still on the verge of tears thinking about it).
I should read more than I do, but I am currently reading Tina Fey's Bossy Pants and a psychological thriller called The Gift. Honestly, these have been in progress for a few years and usually involve me re-reading a few chapters to figure out where I left off. Answer to such a fiercely debated question: I do prefer paper books to digital ones, but usually buy the digital ones because of the convenience.
