Hello! My name is Madeline Marita and I am a university student, studying speech therapy and music. I have been studying in England on international exchange and travelling around Europe on the weekends. A friend recommended couchsurfing so I figured I would check it out. I love meeting new people. My favorite part of travelling is trying new food and listening to local music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been staying in hostels almost every weekend and frankly cannot afford it, but am not quite ready to stop travelling. I loved staying in hostels because of all the different people I would meet so I am hoping couchsurfing will give me a similar experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to alternative music. My favorite bands are Bastille, Walk the Moon, and Panic! At the Disco. However, I sing mostly classical, opera, and showtunes, so I listen to a wide variety.
I love goofy movies like Rocky Horror and Monty Python.
Total Shakespeare buff.
