Hi!

I’ll be adventuring with Ananda this summer as we make our way through Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, and Germany!! ♡

I currently live in Boulder, Colorado, but began my life in San Diego, California, so I’m a beach girl at heart.

I’m a lover of travel and have grown up doing so. My family moved to County Clare, Ireland, when I was in the second grade - we lived in the carriage house adjacent to the Meelick House for anyone who’s familiar with the area. ♡ ☻

I’m up to about 25 countries that I’ve visited now ranging from Mexico, Central America, Asia, New Zealand, and of course Europe! ☻

I’m a major foodie, so eating foods from different cultures is one of my favorite aspects of travel. The most exotic foods I’ve tried so far are crickets, iguana, and lionfish (help me taste something wilder!). I also love the opportunity to create new friends wherever I go and appreciate exploring the natural sites each new land has to offer!! I’m an avid fan of hiking and enjoy searching for wildlife as I’m a lover of all animals.♡ ♡

At home I have two dogs, four cats, a ball python, a mouse named Matilda, and a reef aquarium. Fish are my passion and hobby. ♡ I’m a licensed scuba diver - it’s the closest I’ll get to being a real-life mermaid.

I’m a thrill seeker, and will try almost anything once. I think life is all about experience! ☻

I’m also currently a student at Colorado State University where I study English with a focus in Creative Writing and a minor in Journalism. Reading is one of my favorite past times!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is a great travel solution for young adults who want to get out in the world and experience all a location has to offer! I don’t think there’s anything more fulfilling than getting in touch with the locals when traveling!! ♡

Music, Movies, and Books

I’ll listen to just about any genre of music. To name a few artist I listen to regularly: Lana Del Rey, Ed Sheehan, Billie Eilish, The Killers, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Smashing Pumpkins, Snow Patrol, ODESZA, Niykee Heaton, The Weekend, and I can always jam out to some good Taylor Swift.

I’m a die-hard Pirates of the Caribbean fan (I was Captain Jack Sparrow one year for Halloween), can nerd out to Marvel, and won’t ever turn down a chance to watch Tangled. I’m also a fan of the classics such as Silence of the Lambs, The Thin Red Line, Steel Magnolias, and Pretty Women.

Star Trek > Star Wars.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most breathtaking thing I’ve done is go skydiving. It was an amazing and exhilarating experience!!
