ABOUT ME

I'm a college student finishing up my Masters Degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism. I've done a lot of family traveling and ready to step out on my own!

PHILOSOPHY

My life is a constant battle with change. I often long for something new and different, and yet the changes that inevitably happen in my life always tend to catch me off guard. I went to continue to embrace life and the changes we all face with optimism. "Every little thing, is goin to be all right."

I have spent my college years being a competitive runner. Outside of running I enjoy fishing, hiking, backpacking, boating, skiing, watching all kinds of movies accompanied with really good popcorn. I also believe breakfast food is acceptable for all meals of the day and thus as far as cooking goes, breakfast is my speciality (in addition to my chocolate chip cookies).

I will watch almost any movie because I find I can always take away something from the experience, but I like books, movies, and music that haunt me. Lyrics and riffs that settle into my veins and characters I can relate to are up there in my top 5 favorite things in life. Its this art that makes us human beings.

There are no words or pictures that can do the Grand Canyon justice, but my favorite moment is sitting by a lake, listening to the water, as the northern lights dance on the horizon and stars shoot overhead.
