ABOUT ME

Life is short and sweet and precious! I love feeling alive. I love making connections about things that really matter. I'm all about authenticity and being fearless enough to be who we really are and make space for others to be who they are.

I'm a actor because I love being in the moment and honoring all kinds of human experiences. Expression of truth is the best way to share.

I am certified facilitator for a workshop called Cuddle Party. I call it Truthful Touch. It helps people connect in honest nurturing affectionate ways. It helps people overcome fears of intimacy. See cuddleparty.com

I facilitate and practice The Work of Byron Katie. It is a process of inquiring into stressful thoughts freeing our minds and hearts to live in natural joy. See thework.com.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

What kinds of experiences have you had through CouchSurfing? I'vs stayed with two hosts in Germany... please see their feedback below. They are amazing people and I'm entirely grateful for having met them.We've hosted Samantha from Australia who totally connected by watching anime with my kids and being open to trying new food - I made chicken chilaquiles which was first for her.Then there was Brooke Allen who took my boys to the grocery store and set them loose to discover what a "shallot" was. Dante thought it was a fish. We encouraged them to ask other shoppers (until they found one who spoke english). They figured it out and helped him make us dinner. I ended up going to Burning Man with Brooke in 2011. He's a new long term friend.

Two natural childbirths - amazing! Pain isn't what I ever thought it was. Miracles are common place.

The only thing ever happening is Love. Even when it's disguised as fear or anger, sadness or hurt. It's all only ever love. When I take a moment to remember and notice, it's easy to respond from my heart.
