Hey there!

My name is Maddy Moon and I'm a Body Image and Disordered Eating Coach. I love to write, podcast, read, hike, do yoga, and meet new people.

I have recently begun to travel outside of the US, all thanks to a retreat I went on in Thailand earlier this year. It was amazing- I loved meeting new people, exploring cultures and enjoying ever minute.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing as a way to meet new people and hear more about the cultures of the places I visit! I don't mind if the host is busy, I am grateful to just have a place to stay, but if I also get a few good conversations out of it, I would be delighted!
