Resumen
Sobre mí
I am always very happy (or try to be, when I´m not), I live a simple and beautiful life full of adventures and I have a lot of determination for anything I want to achieve, I believe everything is possible!
I love travelling, meeting different people, discovering new places... I´m a pasionated adventurer always ready to pack my bag and appear in another corner of this planet - by the moment I couldn't reach farther :-) - without thinking it twice... And I love hitch-hiking and cycling as means of transport!!!
Since I was born, I never lived more than 4 years in the same place, so I'm really used to change location and it's something I need and I love.
I'm an eco-friend person always trying to find the most ecologic and sustainible way of life which can better adjust in the place where I am.
I practice Yoga and Meditation. I´m a Yoga Instructor as well, Raja - Astaunga styles, and I can teach you some asanas (yoga poses) if you´re interested :-)
I´m vegan and don't like eating death friends, nor stealing from them what they need for themselves :-( Because I am a yoguini, I follow a "sentient" diet, which also excluddes mushrooms, onion and garlic, because they produce a very strong hit on the body difficulting the meditation process.
I love languages, to travel and be able to comunicate with different people (in their own language when possible). I have a Degree in Translation and Interpretation, but I mostly have worked as an English and French teacher: in different schools around the countries I lived in, languages schools and at a university in Ecuador.
I love playing with children and I was working with children as a volunteer in different places: two years in Haiti after the earthquake, few months in a social school in a remote neighbourhood in Lima, children with authism in Spain...
Now I´m currently studying a Master Degree in Intercultural Education, education which is for everyone, respecting human diversity is the base, and making education useful for life according to everyones´s needs and interests.
And I am very much interested in Neohumanist Education as well, based on respecting and caring about all the living beings and nature all around, and for that reason, a vegetarian diet is also a fundamental part of it :-)
I also like humanitarian projects and feeling useful and helpful to someone else.

Música, películas y libros
I like listening to the local music from all the places I travel to. Music says a lot from the people who make it! I´ll be really happy if you show me some :-) I grew in Granada surounded by Flamenco music, which I love and makes me feel home. Paco de Lucía and Camarón are my favourite! I also love african instrumental music, their rithms are precious... Lokua Kanza is my favourite!
But when I enjoy music the most is when life music is going on, better if I can participate as well! I love playing and singing Kiirtan music with a mantra, with Indian or different syles and rithms, that´s a wonderful way to elevate counsciousness and get in a higher level of mind :-)
I like Spanish movies, european alternative cinema (in original version with subtitles, always), movies which show the reality of different places and are shut from people in those places or in an alternative way. I also love documentary films about nature, cultures, places, history... And I love theather more than movies, for sure!
I like books about real stories, or stories in the history which can make me learn from the past, of from different places... most of Spanish literature is an example of that and I love it, no matter from which century, if they are well writen...
Also fantasy books for children and adults and all kind of good literature which I mostly prefer reading in the original language.
I also love reading Spanish poetry, Machado and Lorca are some of my favourites... and reading theather as well :-) Spanish theather is great, many european writers, and specially Ionesco´s "Theather of the Absurd".
Algo increíble que he hecho
Not just one... Soooo many!!! here are a few of them:
- I have cycled 400 km along the ecuatorian coast (ruta del Sol) with my dog on board!
- Having more than 20 little haitian children playing, laughing, smiling, dancing and singing all together inside my little room in the middle of their village, happy to have my presence, wellcoming me as their new neighbour! :-) and this being repeated every day when after a short absence I was coming back home!
- Doing meditation after singing and dancing kiirtan together during 4 full weeks, day and night, whith more than 200 people!
- Nature is always surprising me wherever I go, I have swam in the most cristaline, transparent and warm waters in the caribean beaches and with 10 minutes difference I have jumped into the sweet and cold waters inside the darkness of natural caves, and during the nights that cristaline water I have seen it all decorated with little points of light (like the dark sky full of stars) which become brighter when you move near by them (it is a variety of shinny plancton)...
Enseña, aprende, comparte
“Unification of the unit self with the Cosmic Self is yoga.” When your little “I” becomes one with your great “I”, that state is the state of yoga. And the spiritual aspirant who has attained that state, that stage, is a yogi.
“Tantra is that which liberates a person from the bondages of staticity”. The Sanskrit root verb "-tan" means “to expand”. So the practical process that leads to one’s expansion and consequent emancipation is called TANTRA.
The lessons of Tantra are physico-psycho-spiritual – from the physical to the psychic, and from the psychic to the spiritual. Tantra says that one can attain spiritual elevation through physical and psychic purification.
This is a very logical and healthy proposition. Hence absolute purity in food and conduct is essential for a Tantric sádhaka (spiritual aspirant). Without attaining all-round purification it is impossible for a sádhaka to experience real spiritual ideation.
