Overview
About Me
I'm Madii Rey!
I have a bachelors of science in mathematics and a bachelor of arts in philosophy. I have no idea what I want to do with my majors or minor but I do not believe that I should know; learning is beautiful and life is too short to only do things that will benefit your future job. Knowledge is ever-fulfilling.
I'm a singer/song-writer/guitarist for a band currently. I really enjoy music, talking about music, hearing other musicians, and learning how to get better. A musical environment is a very powerful thing. How I feel about music is also very similar to my passion for the beautiful world that we live in. I love being outside, hiking, camping, backpacking, and mountain biking. I have yet to climb or fly fish so those are on my to-do list.
I enjoy conversations that have substance and passion. I like being challenged and hope that I provide that for others. I feel that when I learn about another person's perspective, I understand the world a bit more. I think it's important to realize that your perspective is not yours alone. I believe that you're an accumulation of your surroundings and appreciating the people that are in this world with you is incredibly beneficial for your appreciation of life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
