Overview
About Me
Hey! I’m a master’s student from Kazakhstan currently studying in Budapest, Hungary. Living abroad has made me even more curious about the world, and I love connecting with people from different backgrounds.
I’m easy-going, respectful, and always excited to share stories, whether it’s over good food, a long walk through the city, or a simple cup of coffee. I genuinely enjoy meaningful conversations and the spontaneous moments that make travel unforgettable.
I believe traveling isn’t just about seeing new places but about meeting new people. I try to approach every experience with openness and curiosity. Whether I’m exploring a new neighborhood, hiking somewhere peaceful, or relaxing with a good book, I appreciate being present and enjoying the moment.
Looking forward to meeting fellow travelers and creating great memories along the way!

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m a big fan of indie rock and pop music. Some of my favorite artists and bands are The Weeknd, Imagine Dragons, Coldplay, Adele, and Cigarettes After Sex. I love music that creates a mood.I’m always happy to exchange playlists or discover new artists from different countries.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moving from Kazakhstan to Budapest for my master’s degree all on my own. Stepping into a new culture and language was challenging, but it’s one of the most amazing and empowering things I’ve ever done.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share things about life in Kazakhstan, my culture, language basics, and my experience living and studying abroad. I also love talking about music, travel, and student life in Budapest.
I’m always curious to learn about other cultures, local traditions, new languages, and people’s personal stories. I also love learning new recipes or hidden local places.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m on Couchsurfing because I truly believe that the best part of traveling is meeting people, not just seeing places. Living abroad has shown me how meaningful it is to connect with locals, learn from their experiences, and see a city through their eyes.
